Volunteer: Join Parks & Recreation for a Westside Creekway Clean Up

Join the Parks and Recreation Department and help clean the Westside Creekways along the Alazán! 

All materials will be provided, including gloves, trash bags, and litter grabbers. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; we also recommend long pants, a hat, and sunscreen for extra protection.

Bring your reusable water bottles.

Stay 30 minutes or 3 hours, every minute makes a difference!

Volunteer: Woodlawn Lake Centennial Garden Workday

Volunteers are needed to assist with general garden maintenance such as pruning, weeding, spreading mulch, and preparing the garden beds for planting.

Volunteer Master Naturalists will be on site to answer questions and educate anyone interested in learning more about native plants. 

Volunteers must be 16 & up. All garden supplies provided. Be sure to bring your own garden or work gloves if you have them.
