Volunteer: Litter Clean Up at the Eastside Historic City Cemetery

Volunteer to help preserve our cemeteries by joining a clean-up at the Eastside Historic City Cemeteries on Saturday, January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

All materials provided, including gloves, trash bags, and litter grabbers.

Parking: Volunteers can park along S. Palmetto St. or inside City Cemetery #6

Volunteer: Johnson Grass Removal at McAllister Park—January 2026

**This event is hosted by Friends of McAllister Park. DO NOT register on Galaxy Digital.**

The Friends of McAllister Park (FOMP) is working to keep McAllister Park beautiful by slowing the spread of invasive Johnson Grass. Duties may include cutting seed heads, raking thatch, digging and removing rhizomes, or replanting natives.

Work sites vary weekly. Please register with FOMP at the highlighted link below for further details.

Parker is often invited to special events hosted by City departments, as well as many external organizations.

Some activities Parker has participated in include:

A few things we’re looking for in Parker actors:
