Volunteers needed to assist with the City of San Antonio Parks and Recreations Arbor Day For Sa event taking place at Olmos Basin Park on this Saturday November 2nd 2019 from 8am to 1pm. Volunteers will assist with a Monarch Butterfly photo op, arts and crafts station, registration, and assist with a tree adoption. Below is a brief description of the event.
Arbor Day for SA: Celebrating San Antonio Trees and Nature (all ages)
9:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m. | Saturday, November 2 | Olmos Basin Park 651 Devine Rd (Volunteers needed from 8am to 1pm)
Join the celebration! Visit Olmos Basin Park to learn about trees and nature in the San Antonio Area. This event will feature hands on activities, tree climbing demos, nature inspired crafts, and a native tree adoption while supplies last.
