The San Antonio Parks Foundation is looking for volunteers 18 & up to assist with their 39th Annual Jazz’SAlive event on September 22nd through the 24th at Travis Park, Legacy Park, and the Weston Centre. Sign up for one (or more) shifts. For volunteer check-in: All volunteers should report to Travis Park and check in at the San Antonio Parks Foundation table.
Shift 1:
Thursday, September 22, 9am-12pm
Volunteers needed for booth signage and event set up.
Shift 2:
Thursday, September 22, 4:30pm-7:30pm
Assist with table set up and poster sales.
Shift 3:
Thursday, September 22, 7pm-9:30pm
Assist with poster sales and event breakdown.
Shift 4:
Friday, September 23, 4pm-7:30pm
Assist with check-in tables, entrance monitoring, merch table sales, busking monitor.
Shift 5:
Friday, September 23, 7:30pm-11pm
Assist with check-in tables, entrance monitoring, merch table sales, busking monitor.
Shift 6:
Saturday, September 24, 10:30am-1pm
Assist with VIP check-in, entrance monitoring, and patron check-in.
Shift 7:
Saturday, September 24, 1pm-4pm
Assist with VIP check-in, entrance monitoring, merch table and patron check-in.
Shift 8:
Saturday, September 24, 4pm-7:30pm
Assist with VIP check-in, busking monitor, entrance monitoring, merch table and patron check-in
Shift 9:
Saturday, September 24, 7:30pm-11pm
Assist with VIP check-in, busking monitor, entrance monitoring, merch table and patron check-in.
Shift 10:
Saturday, September 24, 10pm-1am
Check-in at the St. Anthony Hotel afterparty. Volunteers will meet at the St. Anthony Hotel.
Parking: Please allow time for parking at one of the City’s Parking Garages. Link to City Parking Garage locations here. Rideshare or public transportation encouraged.
What to bring: Be sure to bring a reusable water bottle and wear comfortable shoes for walking.
