Volunteers 18 & up are invited to join the Parks and Recreation tree adoption table for San Antonio Neighbors Together (formerly National Night Out) supporting the Iglesia Metodista Unida La Trinidad (south of UTSA’s downtown campus). San Antonio Neighbors Together is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
Tree species available: Bur Oak, Cedar Elm, Chinkapin Oak, Live Oak, Mexican Buckeye, Desert Willow, and Pecan.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes as we will be located outdoors for the duration of the event.
