Join River Aid San Antonio for another Creekway clean up this Friday afternoon.
On Friday afternoon we are targeting a very special segment of the San Antonio River. The Old River tributary was once the natural flow of the San Antonio River closest to Mission San Jose. This changed with the channelization of our river; however, the segment retains water year-round and still needs our care.
Each year River Aid San Antonio partners with Green Space Alliance and the Old River Advocacy group to clean this forgotten portion of the waterway.
A FRIENDLY REMINDER on Saturday November 4, Green Spaces Alliance will be hosting their annual Nature Fest while Parks and Recreation will host Arbor Day at Mission Marquee nearby.
Come and join us for some impact and take advantage of the beautiful Fall weather!
Address: 283 Mission Parkway 78214
Date: Friday, November 3, 2023
