Description

Do you enjoy talking with people? Parks and Recreation is looking for volunteers to assist at Brackenridge Park on Saturday, March 30 for our annual Easter Recycling Outreach program.

Volunteers will walk the park with recycling and trash bags to hand out to campsites across the park, encouraging the use of Leave No Trace (LNT) principles. We’ll also have QR codes available with information for kids and families about Leave No Trace.

Look for the Parks and Recreation table at the Joske Pavilion to pick up supplies, including bags, gloves, litter grabbers and LNT QR codes.
