Description

 

Volunteers are needed to assist with building and preparing the Woodlawn Centennial Garden's walking path for resurfacing. Work will involve digging a hole, lifting the 6" steel edging for its length of 368 feet. The edging will then be reinstalled using mallets to hammer the edging back into the soil.

Date: Saturday, June 15, 2024

Time: 7am-9am

Location: Woodlawn Lake Park Centennial Garden, near pavilion #2 at the corner of S. Josephine Tobin Dr. and W. Craig Pl. Link to Google map here

Volunteers must be 18 & up. All garden supplies provided. Be sure to bring your own garden or work gloves if you have them.
